All orders should provide the following information:

• Delivery address, delivery contact name, telephone and email

  The full address you require the order to be delivered to. DO NOT USE Post Office Box numbers. Include the Zip or Postcode to ensure accurate and prompt delivery. We also need a delivery contact name, telephone number and e-mail in case of delivery problems.

• Invoice address, invoice contact name, telephone and email

  The full invoice address. A contact name, telephone number and e-mail address is required in case of invoicing problems.

• Purchase order number (if used)

• Product Information; the following information may also be supplied in MS Excel or MS Word as an attachment to the email. For large orders submitted by fax, an electronic copy of the sequences will also be required.

  • Product code;

  • Peptide sequence, direction N-terminus to C-terminus; use the single letter code for amino acids, writing in upper case letters for standard amino acids and lower case letters for D-amino acids.

  • Quantity in milligrams or grams

  • Purity in %

  • Additional modifications; indicate whether N- or C-terminal, or internal and on which residue;

  • Price of each peptide;

  • Delivery charge; there will be one delivery charge per order.

• Payment option

  • For new customers, we may request 50% payment in advance with the balance 30 days after receipt of the goods. Payment may be by one of the following:

  Cheque: Your order will be processed as soon as the cheque has cleared into our account. Bank transfer: We will send you details of our bank account. The products will be despatched as soon as the funds have cleared into our account.
